2. The number doesn’t care about your obsession with it.
3. The number increases when you make progress.
4. You make progress by moving forward.
5. You make progress by being present in the moment.
6. You make progress through practice.
7. Practice involves you turning up daily.
8. Practice involves you being comfortable with being bad.
9. Practice involves you submitting to the process.
10. The process is a collection of practices.
11. The process will become automatic.
12. The process will make the number increase.
13. But now you don’t care about the number any longer.
14. You know the number isn’t important.
15. You know the process is important.
